My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful! The rooms were bright, clean, and even came with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which was a nice bonus. The breakfast spread was amazing, with fresh bread and a wide selection of foods to suit all diets; I couldn't resist having a fry-up every day. The comfort of the room was top-notch, with thoughtful touches like a homemade cake waiting for me. The only minor downsides were that the room was a tad warm for my liking and the shower could have been better secured on the wall.

It was a perfect balance of convenience and a relaxing atmosphere, with good pre-arrival information making it easy to find. The hotel's leafy road location not far from the city wall was ideal.

The Guest House boasts bright and clean rooms loaded with everything you may need from bathroom supplies to an overflowing coffee and tea selection. The service was wonderfully welcoming and helpful, making our stay so pleasant, despite an inappropriately dressed staff member. The location is very central, perfect for exploring the beauties of York, and the dining experience offered a good variety and was tasty.
